the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike (1-476):
Take
Exit 36, Route 115 to Wilkes-Barre. Route 115 turns into Route 309 South
(Cross Valley Expressway). Take Exit 3 (Wilkes-Barre Center City exit). Turn
left at light onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd. At fourth light turn left onto Coal
Street. Entrance
to
the Ice-A-Rama and Coal Street Park is ahead on the left.
